Carrier Connect Data Solutions (TSX.V: CCDS) (OTCQB: CCDSF) (WKN: A40XB1) has completed its acquisition of PureColo, an established Ottawa-based provider of carrier-neutral data centers offering colocation and server hosting solutions. The Company issued 4,606,704 consideration shares and will pay about $2,326,000 over nine months to PureColo securityholders, with the shares released from escrow in thirds at four, eight and twelve months after Dec. 4, 2025. CEO Mark Binns said the addition of PureColo’s two Ottawa data centers expands scale, revenue and growth potential alongside existing Vancouver and Perth facilities. Carrier plans to file a Business Acquisition Report and will update shareholders upon filing.
