Nightfood Holdings (OTCQB: NGTF) , doing business as TechForce Robotics, announced that its wholly owned subsidiary TechForce Robotics entered into a strategic letter of intent (“LOI”) with NBR Intelligence Pte. Ltd. to evaluate a multi-site factory automation and robotic deployment program with a nonbinding planning target of up to 5,000 robotic systems. The companies plan to assess factory workflows and integrate TechForce’s AI-enhanced robotic systems with NBR’s MIDAS industrial intelligence platform, beginning with five pilot systems targeted to become operational within 120 days of the LOI’s effective date. Subject to successful pilot completion and definitive agreements, the contemplated framework calls for an initial scaled deployment targeting 100 cumulative systems, followed by approximately 500 additional systems per month until the planned aggregate quantity is reached. The proposed quantities, pricing and deployment schedule are nonbinding estimates and do not represent purchase orders, backlog, contracted revenue or guaranteed future revenue.
