Effective Aug. 7, Darren Kenney and Ronald J. Stauber joined the five-member board, which now includes three independent directors, and the company established audit, compensation and nominating, corporate governance and compliance committees with written charters. On Aug. 10, Yury Pyatigorsky was appointed chief financial officer, succeeding Jimmy Chan, who continues to serve as CEO and secretary. The company noted there is no assurance it will meet Nasdaq listing qualifications or that Nasdaq will approve its listing.
