If the transaction proceeds, Vertical Data intends to continue pursuing an application for up to 100 MW of total power capacity to build out an AI data center facility. The company said the project is among several in an active conversion pipeline representing more than 250 MW of global data center opportunities. Closing is anticipated in the next several weeks and remains subject to financing, corporate approvals, applicable regulatory clearances and other closing conditions.
